Defending National Champions to Play Challenging Slate

Season Begins with Home Series Against Ohio State

The reigning NCAA baseball champions, the LSU Tigers, have released their 2024 schedule, which features 56 games, including 31 at home at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.

The Tigers will open the season with a three-game home series against Ohio State from February 16-18. LSU will then play a pair of midweek games against Nicholls and Southern before traveling to San Diego, California to face San Diego State in a three-game series from February 23-25.

LSU's Southeastern Conference schedule begins on March 8 when they host the Alabama Crimson Tide. The Tigers will play 30 conference games, including home series against Vanderbilt, Ole Miss, Arkansas, and Mississippi State.

The Tigers will also face several other top programs during the non-conference portion of their schedule, including a home-and-home series with Texas, a road trip to face UCLA, and a neutral-site game against Oklahoma State.

The SEC Tournament will be held from May 21-26 at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium in Hoover, Alabama. The NCAA Tournament will begin on June 1, with the College World Series scheduled for June 15-25 in Omaha, Nebraska.
